Talk to Gynecologist on Normozoospermia But Unable To Get Oregnant

Hi all, I've been married for 1 and a half year but unable to get my wife pregnant. Got tested about 4 months ago and had Astenozoospermia. After taking medicines and multi-vitamins, I got tested again and it changed to Normozoospermia. It's been 3 months now and we still haven't got pregnant. What should I do? I have attached my latest test report as well.
