Hi, i am 35 week pregnant. And its my first pregnancy. From last few weeks my nose got a little blood clot which i discussed my gynaecologist and she said it’s quite normal. But at saturday i got proper nose bleeding like 2 tissue papers were used. And today in the morning i got bleeding at 7 am them at 10 am. What would be the reason? And tell me is it alarming situation? Ps: i am not diabetic and not hypertensive. My bp remains normal throughout the pregnancy.

Nose bleeding is quite common in pregnancy and it's due to increase blood supply to blood vessels of nose. It is more common if you're in habit of putting finger to remove bogies.
it can be stopped by pinching nose for 5 to 10 minutes. if dried bogies are discomforting then soak nose in water ( like it is done while doing wazu)
Keep check on blood pressure and avoid soups, spices and foods having Monosodium glutamate (MSG) as high blood pressure can also cause nasal bleeding.
