Talk to Gynecologist on Not Able To Conceive

I am 37 years old and have been unable to conceive a second baby for the past one year. In December 2024, I conceived naturally, but unfortunately had a missed abortion in March. Before that, I already have one healthy son, Alhamdulillah, and I conceived him naturally within three months of trying. There were no complications at that time. After the missed abortion, my periods have started coming very frequently. For example, they came on January 15 and then again on February 5. I have tried tracking ovulation using OPKs. Once it showed ovulation on cycle day 10, and another time on cycle day 14. What tests should I get done? One doctor advised an ultrasound on cycle day 12, which came back normal. She prescribed Clomid, but I still did not conceive. I am walking regularly, losing weight, and have changed my diet. What else should I do?

In my November ultrasound, the endometrial lining was 4.9 mm trilaminar and the largest follicle measured 19 × 17 mm. It was a CD12 ultrasound. Did the previous doctor prescribe Clomid because of the thin endometrial lining?

It's not given for this lining sister. It seems you did have ovulation. Do husband test and consult for advice. Clomid should not be taken before test

You are 37 , plz get evaluated from fertility centre , dont waste time, get husband test too, clomid cause thin endometrium , as it is anti estrogen, avoid self medication n irresponsible people . Start fertility supplements n regular coitus .
