I am married since 11 years. I have a son age 10. I am 38 years now. I conceived 1st time just after my marriage without any treatment. Didn't ever conceive for 7 years, then I started treatment in end of 2022 and got pregnant in start of 2023 but in 8 week there was no growth or heart beat of baby and got miscarriage. I didn't get any treatment after that and didn't conceive. I am 38 now. Should I get treated for infertility or stop trying?

From a good fertility centre get tests so that you dont have to spend again n again, fertility centre will recommend better, but name of investigations day 2 FSH LH, serum prolactin, TSH n free T4, AMH, pelvic ultrasound preferably day 12, hysterosalpingogram for tubal patency, husband semen analysis .
