Talk to Gynecologist on Not Feeling Movements Of Baby 6th Month

hello my wife is 23 weeks pregnant. it's our first baby. I want to ask that she is not feeling any baby movements. when we go for the ultrasound everything comes normal and movements are also shown.
what could be the reason for this . ?? please guide is it OK not to feel the movements.
