Talk to Gynecologist on Not Having Perids Follicular Cyst Trying To Conceive

Salam 4 mnths before i had a miscrriage of 3 weks thn i used breeky aftr that my cycle was normal but last i was just feling spoting thn i went for scan thre was a follicular cyst in right ovary thn ths mnth i missed my periods and having pelvic pain and perids are also missed so and does a urine test at home it was negatve so should i go for scan or beta hcg?
