Hello- I had a scan at 6 week 1 day. They found a gestational sac measuring 17.3mm and a small fetal Pole at bottom of fundus- no yolk sac tho. I’ve already had 6 losses. They are repeating scan in one week and drawing hcg labs also.

start tab loprin 75 mg once daily
tab folic acid once daily
repeat scan aftr 1 week
Have another scan after one week.
Start folic acid tab.
Tab loprin 75 mg.
Tab duphaston 10 mg
Get ur blood group done
Monitor ur blood pressure. And sugar level.

-have folic acid, loprin duphaston, progesterone injections, in addition to other precautions like avoid wc, stairs, weight lifting, sterneous Exercise, excessive work or anything that strain your abdomen.
-have scan after a wk.
-u needed detailed investigations for recurrent miscarriages before this pregnancy.
