Talk to Gynecologist on Obstetric Cholestasis During 32 Week Of Pregnancy

I m having 32weeks pregnancy, I felt itchy skin my Dr Suggested me for go though LFT test. SGPT was 273 she said that i am facing obstetric cholestasis and I am using URSO 500 twice a day. I am so worried about my baby health is there any serious side effect on my baby ? I am using Tablets regularly for last 3 days

Aoa needs close follow up and monitoring of your baby. U will keep eye on baby movements . If less than usual immediately report to hospital. Sometime early delivery has to plan. So your doctor will give u the injection for baby lung maturity. Thanks

you should continue your consultation with a consultant Obstetrician Gynaecologist in a tertiary care hospital.do Doppler ultrasound and monitor fetal movements on daily basis .if movement are decreased communicate urgently with your gynaecologist

My next appointment with my consultant is on 03 Dec , Can be safe for my baby for preterm dilevery. My Last manstural date is 3 April while Conception date is 18 April. If i will go for Preterm Dilevery on DECEMBER 3 what will be the age of my Pregnancy?
