I conceive after 7 years of my marriage.i had my last menstrual period on 8 january my recent visit to gynaecologist she told me that she cant see my fetal heart beat and that i had a missed misscariage.i had no bleeding or abdominal pain.i am worried,what to do now?

U r now 8 weeks pregnant according to ur dates and ideally feral cardiac activity is seen in a 8 weeks baby, but if can’t see it , then most probably it’s missed miscarriage , if u want to confirm repeat the scan after a week or do Bhcg levels , twice after 48 hrs , which if will show declining levels will confirm about a failing pregnancy,
