Talk to Gynecologist on Obstetrics

Aslamualaikuk, my first pregnacy turned into a miscarriage at 9 weeks. Now, i am pregnant again.z currently 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I am having Vaginal spotting, fresh red , small quantity since 5 pm yesterday.. and it is constant.. And during pregnancy 2-3 times brown vaginal discharge howa tha but now it is fresh blood and spotting is not stopping. I got a scan done last night which is normal, placenta anterior, Fetal heart beat 148/min, no cervical incompetence. What should i do now? I am taking Duphaston 10 mg b.d Pregnacare o.d Loprin 75mg o.d Cyclogest pessary 400mg per rectal Also, took inj ivf c 5000 for 5weeks Kindly, guide.. Thank You!
