Assalam o alaikum! I wnat to know if 0GTT test is mandatory in pregnancy even if my glucose levels are normal and have no diabetese in history of my Family? I am 29 weeks pregnant . Thank you

-Dear it's better to have OGtt for Antenatal record as it's part if Antenatal Care .
-try to have balanced Diet ,walk daily .
-strict check on baby movements and in case of reduced movements report Gynae Emergency .
-in pregnancy Gestational diabetes could be possible that cause increase fluid production, increase size of baby and hypo and hyperglycaemic levels in mother as well as in fetus.
