Talk to Gynecologist on Only Wakes Up For Feed

I am concerned mother of 1.5 months old baby. He was born with 2.1 kgs. Now he is approximately 3kgs. He hardly wakes up and play. For only 5 to 10 mins. Otherwise only wakes up for feed and sleep again. He is on breastfeeding exclusively right after 2-3 hrs after each nap. Is it normal or should I consult with dr. Please guide!
