Talk to Gynecologist on Ovarian Dermoid Cyst (gynaecologist)
Asking For Self, Female, 29 Years old, lahore
Aoa dr I have left ovary cyst since 4 years in starting it was 3.2 cm in size , but last scan (which done 1 year ago) showed 4.1 cm, I didn’t operate bcoz I am unmarried, I afraid if I remove it , it can cause infertility, now I became soo weak lost 15 kg weight in 1 year even I eat properly , also have weakness and fatigue , I have a ques if it become large it can cause that symptoms?? And should I remove it or not ? I also heard it can become cancerous in some cases that make me soo worried kindly give me some good advice, JazakAllah

Yes some of these cysts could be nasty ( cancerous) what were the ultrasound feature ? What was CA 125 level who is doing follow up for this
