Talk to Gynecologist on Ovarian Staging Laparotomy
Asking For Mother, Female 60, kabirwala
My mother have a ovarian cyst last 7 months,we consultant with one Gynalogist prof Dr, he advise for staging laparotomy. He check all related reports and inform us that during or after surgery have a death risk factor. Now I am worried bout my mother . Please advise me briefly. what is best for my mother. Thanks.

This ct scan is done in Oct 20. You should get a recent CT scan. Also blood tumour markers are to be done too. It is best to take your mother to tertiary care hospitals in lahore rather than get treated in small hospitals. A complete pre operative assessment is needed and a tumour board in big institutions discuss cases individually and best treatment plan is made for the patient.
Your mother needs a staging laparotomy. For that she needs a detailed evaluation. You need to take her to an experienced Gynaecologist for that.
