Asking For Self, Female 23, Gujranwala
The patient has bilateral ovarian cysts. The cyst size in the right ovary is 7.8 cm and in the left ovary is 5.8 cm. She has been experiencing delayed menstruation, as her periods are overdue by 5 days this month and have not started yet. She is suffering from persistent lower abdominal pain, along with nausea and vomiting. The patient has already taken medications for ovarian cysts for the past three months, but there has been no significant improvement in her condition. Due to the lack of response to oral treatment, the doctor has now advised intravenous drips/therapy to help dissolve or reduce the cysts and manage the symptoms.

No medicine can reduce cyst size. It only needs surgical removal
Simple Laparoscopic surgery is the best treatment for your patient.
Medicine is not a treatment for such a patient.and if you will delay it will cause complications.
