Talk to Gynecologist on Ovary Volume

I had a ultrasound done and they found a fibroid. However I was also concerned about the volume of my ovaries and If it affects my fertility.

this fibroid is not significant unless it increases in size. your ovarian volume is very low.

on which day of periods u have done scan???follicle size can b assesd on day 12 to 14 .fibroid size is not significant fibroid is very small.k8ndly go for ultrasound on 12 day of cycle
but on ultrasound there is no dominant follicle seen and endometrial thickness is also less if your ultrasound is at day 12 ..
this was anovulatory cycle there is no dominant follicle in this scan its normal no need to worry what are your concerns regarding scan and what is your complaint

My concern is that i am trying to conceive and i have been tracking my ovulation and finding my peak every month but haven’t conceived yet. I have been trying for 5 months and within those 5 months I only seen fertile cervical mucus twice. Is it possible that my body has been trying to release an egg but its not releasing them? My cycles are every 26-27 days so Im not sure if its possible to continuously have a period without ovulation

okk no need to worry wait atleast for 1yr after marriage for spontaneous conception 90%couples conceived spontaneously within 1 yr don't stress yourself .After 1 yr evaluation is needed.enjoy your life

ovulation or ovarian reserve is evaluated by other tests

if your blood tests are fine and you are ovulating then ovarian volume is not important
