ovarian water cyst detected 9 cm about 1 month on one ovary, it has been suggested that it can be removed from needle aspiration no surgery required, cyst investigations reports CA 125 and alpha fetroprotien also cleared. please recomend me a economical yet best aspiration health care center and charges in karachi (done by best practioner in needle aspiration) thankyou

it is not recommended to do aspiration since it will fill again. best recommended technique is laparoscopic removal
