Asking For Wife, Female 21, Lahore
we are trying to conceive.. My wife's Cycle day of 13 ultrasound report shows one dominant follicle in the left ovary of 18mm .. what does it mean? Is she ovulating?

Salam ,Follicle size 18 mm means that most likely it will ovulate,but at the same time we need to look at lining of uterus as well .you can do Day 21 serum progesterone to confirm ovulation.If you need more discussion book an appointment as I am a IVF specialist
