Talk to Gynecologist on Ovolution Pcos

i am 3.5 year time i concieve after 1 year and 2.5 months baby has no heart beat and aborted naturally. last year again i concieve but ectopic pregnancy and aborted naturally. now last month 14 day of periods egg size is 18mm and mature .dr give me 1 injection for rapture but i can't get pregnant please help me i am very very worried about that what is the solution. some drs ask left ovary pcos and some ask no .my periods are regular .please give me the solution my husband in saudia i also with him last 6 months
