Talk to Gynecologist on Ovulation And Conception P1

I have some questions regarding conception .I have been married for a year now ,now we are ready to extend our family .This was my first month of trying but I couldn’t track my ovulation ,I tried ovulation trips but it has been negative through out . Can a person with 25days cycle ovulate later (around day 14-15-16)? According to my cycle which is of 25 days (for 7)days ,starts from 8th nov to 14th the app my fertile days were 15th nov to 20nov and 18th was my ovulation day . But I don’t felt any change in mucus till 20th Nov (cycle day 13) after 20 Nov till now I notice egg white discharge on and off .
