I had miscarriage in August.after miscarriage I get started with pain at my left side and back too . Pain starts after 10 day after my periods end and finishes on the day I get periods. Had my ultrasound done all clear and even did antibiotics course but pain is Presistant. Just wanted to know is it related to hormonal dis balance or something else as my GP can’t figure it out . Gynaecologist advice needed.
If the ultrasound is normal and you have also done with the course of antibiotics most probably there is no local cause or an infection. There are normal hormonal changes during a normal cycle and this may cause some mild lower abdominal pain or discomfort around the mid of the cycle at the time of ovulation when an egg is released from the ovary. if the pain is severe or persistent and causing severe discomfort you will need more evaluation to find the cause.
Take an anti inflammatory like chymoral forte
Tab 3 times a day half hour before food for 5 days
