Pregnancy . Lmp 20 nov. Felt sharp pain in lower abdomen while standing from squatting position . Then after some time on same day had pain while urinating on left lower abdomen . Then had watery odorless discharge

ASsalam o alaikum.
any urinary symptoms like burning sensation on passing urine or concentrated urine?
discharge has smell?
get your urine d/r done that should be first morning urine .
increase your fluid intake.
take iron calcium and multivitamin supplement and
healthy diet.
after 2 weeks also get your congenital anomaly scan done.
any spotting?
ideally medication is prescribed after taking history and proper examination
