Talk to Gynecologist on Pain During And After Period

mjhe 6-7 months phele period mein buhat pain tha even after period b rehta tha, mein ne gynecologist ko dikhaya tha and after ultrasound she said k mjhe buhat mamoli cyst hai jo koi bari cheez nae hai she gave me YAZ (contraceptive) for 3 months jo mjhe bagair gap k khani thi, after that wo jo extreme wala pain tha that was gona, now after 7 months it's again back, is month mjhe 10 din phele periods hogae, today was my 5th day, my period has completely stopped lekin this pain is killing me, thori thori dair baad uthta hai, lower pait mein, kabhi left side pe back pe kbhi left leg mein, its like pore left side pe lower abdomen se lekr leg tak move kar raha hai, yeh period se phele nae tha it just started after that, I don't want to get another ultrasound, can I start using YAZ again, will the pain go after the pill, please please help, mein buhat pain mein hn
