First of all I would like to visit someone who is experienced in breast feeding. You can visit your doctor or nurse for the correct technique.
Try to apply your milk on the nipples and let it dry. If it doesn't work, visit your doctor.

Thanks for responding baby is not latching from right side as the nipple size has gone small(but its not inverted) now I have clogged I try taking out with a pump its a very small pumping for a lot of days,aerola is very hard and I can't pump out could be done in this case?
