I delivered a baby via c sec on 21 may.he started breastfeeding from second or third day.the problem is its getting really painful.it hurts even on the slightest touch of the fabric.its like a prickly feeling on both sides.what should I do? My elder son didn't take my feed.
First of all I would like to visit someone who is experienced in breast feeding. You can visit your doctor or nurse for the correct technique.
Try to apply your milk on the nipples and let it dry. If it doesn't work, visit your doctor.

Thanks for responding Dr...my baby is not latching from right side as the nipple size has gone small(but its not inverted) now I have clogged ducts...whenever I try taking out with a pump its a very small quantity.after pumping for a lot of days,aerola is very hard and I can't pump out anymore.what could be done in this case?
