First of all, you should be careful of good hygiene. You should wash, after intercourse. Do you have dry skin?
Are you doing foreplay before intercourse or no? It is very important, at least 10 or 15 min. Use water based lubricant before intercourse. Coconut oil, olive oil or almond are also good. In summer use coconut oil and in winter use olive oil.
You should stop eating oily food, no junk food. Eat healthy food. Boiled eggs. Drink 8 glass of water + two cup of milk + one cup of yogurt + one glass of home made juice without water or sugar, for example kinu + carrot + apple.
What about urine? Is it ok or dark yellow color?
Eat more green vegetables.
Take mustard oil and fry one onion in it, after cool down, apply on effected area. It is home made antibiotic.

Thanks for replying, intercourse was painful in the beginning of my marriage and I thought this is normal as I’m newly married at that moment , pain was also bearable and was on the passing hole of vagina it caused pain and after that everything went normal but from the last month i felt pain that was different the pain was like burning and rashes inside vagina i took break in periods but now I’m facing this pain again and this time the pain is different and i can feel it inside it was too much last night i drank alot of water today and now today the pain was again bearable and im using mustard oil as lube because i feel dryness inside and intercourse is not possible without it
No bleeding other than periods,
No discharge and no rashes can be seen on the outside
No fever , no pain inside lower abdomen, my last menstrual period was on 27th April and ended on 1 May.

Okay. Any burning or pain on passing urine ? Increased frequency of urination these days ? Need to ask a few more personal questions if possible book an appointment to let have a better idea about what’s going on and what treatment is required. Till then beware that if u develop an inability to pass urine with lower abdominal pain then you will need to go to an emergency. Hope that answers ur query. stay home stay safe

Dear first u need to find out if there is any infection
Second first painful attempt often causes mental stress that can lead to muscle spasm ( vagismus)

U need to relax and indulge in forplay and lubricant is a must to get that fear out . Second take care of your hygiene
No perfumes no powders no scented soaps. There are many vagina wash available or just use Luke warm water
Cotton undergarments and that’s it .

Add flaxseeds in your diet
And relaxation is the key

For infection u will be given antibiotic but for that u need to get checked .

U can use lignocaine gel as well
It will cause less pain
But this is not for long term the main reason should be sorted out .

Last thing this is common and nothing to worry as the time pass people find comfortable ways and remedies that work .

Thanks for replying, how do i know if i have infection down there?
Im using mustard oil as lubricant as I’m very dry down there i indulge in foreplay as well but still dryness down there.
I’m not using any vagina wash and i do use soap only outside to wash and luke warm water for washing that area.
How to use flaxseed in diet please explain it further.
And I’m not sure if this is infection or not and mentally I’m not stressed for pain i feel comfortable before starting intercourse.
How to use this gel you mentioned above?
