Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Abdomen, All Around Tummy

Plz post anonymously Aoa everyone ,my question is from gyne or some infection specialists I m having abdomen pain for 3 days now which didn't go away even after taking pain killer n today I started blackish stincky bleeding/spotting (which I thought was my periods but now I feel it's not as the smell n texture is very different)plz guide me what should I do as family doctor is available on December 9 n er is 10 hours wait,is it something to worry abt?plz guide me as the pain is stopping me from daily chores aswell, is it kind of some infection or what?
