i gave birth via c section 5 months back. mujhay pregnancy k 6th month se hathon pairon mei dard rehta tha aur swelling b ho jati thi. heartbeat b tez rehtu thi pregnancy mei. after Birth kafi weakness rahi but sab sahi ho gaya except mere paun aur calfs bohat dard hotay plus mere hath till elbows bohat dard hotay. heart rate 150 tk b pohanch jati hai kabhi kabhi. iski kiya wajha ho sakti hai. pregnancy se pehlay asa kuch ni tha. mujhay kiya test karanay chahiye before going to doctor??

U need detail check up and test like CBC.R u taking iron,calcium and vit D supplements
Get all tge baseline investigations including CBC ,Urine C / E , Hep B& C done. Your Serum Vit D level also needs to be checked as well
