Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Both Hands Thum Bone In Wrist And Nails Colour Change

I m lactating mother .My baby is in 1.5 is my first baby with C-section pregnancy at 8th month I was diagnosed with GDM and in last weeks with cholestasis I was delivered at last day of my 38th week......I faced a problem of pain in right side of my wrist just below my thumb during 9th month of pregnancy in one hand after delivery I got that pain in other hand wrist also still I have that pain at night and early in morning it is very day it got some how normal but not very I m noticing now that my nails from centre horizontally appear less red appear like white line is between the nails.....I m attaching the tell why is this so.....
