Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Left Side Of Tummy

Please help people with PCOs, need help i was diagnosed with mild hypothyroidism and i am obese as well. doctor in 2020 prescribed these medicines HITOP, NEODIPAR, ALDACTONE, DOLGINA, OPTD and UROPHOS. for one year i tool all these and then due to my will power issues i couldn't continue and gained back everyrthing. now in 2022, changed my doc and he prescribed only glucophage and initially i had acidity issues and now its been two weeks and i have start having storng waves of pain in left tummy. its killing me and i took everything you name it at home, ispaghol, ajwain , qahwa, plums soaked in water. i do pass stool but compared to the food i take is very less, minimal. but nothing is working. and i am stuck with what should i do? could it be kidney issue? whom to consult?
