Talk to Gynecologist on Pain In Leg In 3rd Week Pregnancy

Im married since 8 years and have no baby .i had a misscarriage 3 years back 4 week . now im having femite sachet n i conceived yesterday i checked through pt stripe it was positive i had my last periods on 28 april . but issue is that im having horrible pain in my right leg n lower back .is it safe or not what should i do immediately ?what should i take for pain relief ? Please advice me
