it's normal if u feel pain in lower abdomen before Ur periods , sometimes it happens with , white discharged , just after Ur periods .
in-between Ur cycle it is noticeabl ,in Ur query you didn't mention if u r married , carrying heavy things also a cause , any kind of tension or emotional stress may be a reason.

aoa in third trimester lower abdominal pain can occur due to pregnancy as it is increasing in size ..you can take buscopan ..however also rule out urinary tract infections...
