Talk to Gynecologist on Paracetamol Extend Release Dosage In Pregnancy

i have a muscle sprain/ pull like condition on the right side of my hip and thigh muscle . it feels like a painfull pull in that part while walking. panadol extend release 625 mg that is meant to be a delayed release tablet for 8 hours . with dosage of two tabs/8 hours. i am currently taking it but only single tablet every 8 hour . can you please guide me if i can take 2tABS/8HOUR of this tablet in my last trimester of pregnancy? is this dosage safe for my baby? or if i can take nuberol forte BD for 2 days . will that be safe for me ? i want to stop taking tablets comtinuously and for once wanna take a proper dose thate helps me relieve my pain. single panadol extend release every 8 hrs is helping me lessen my pain but it wont cure it . please .
