Talk to Gynecologist on Partial Septate Uterus
Asking For Wife, Female 32, karachi
Salam, my wife's hsg report says she has bicornuate/ partial septate type since 24 months and each 3 month she notice delay in period for 15 to 30 days and when period comes, she see clots? last month her BETA HCG was 102 in 5 week pragnancy then she felt back pain and brown diacharge and after two days beta hcg was 33, means se frequently experience pregnancy's loss .we have tried medicine for many months and when we see ultrasound, doctor says eggs are there and we meet on 9 to 14 day after this is unsuccessful in carrying full time there any treatment for her?

septate uterus mostly causes recurrent miscarriage.and there could be other reasons too for this have a consultation from gynacologist for complete workup.

we are always here to guide and support you your concern regarding pregnancy loss is understandable yes septate and bicorunate uterus is one of the reason,but there could be other reasons as well side by side and if the septate uterus is a cause we have surgical management options for that as well.
