Talk to Gynecologist on Pcod N Missed Periods

I'm suffering from pcod,ovarian cyst I took medications but I didn't followed it hence I have irregular periods but this is the first time ever I missed periods it is 56th day late today , and in the last week only for one week I was feeling fatigue,heavy head every morning,and also I got a headache with nausea, heartburn at night,fullness after eating less, constipation with strong smell,right breast shooting sensation and near areola brown spots,and currently my situation is I'm very moody and also sensitive breast n tiredness n missed periods constipation.

Please help me with this is it pregnancy or pcod symptoms because I'm just tired trying pregnancy test everytime it is coming out negative.
