Hello. I have pcos. My Dr recommended Rimona sachet twice a day . but I took Primolut N from Sept 26 - Sept 30 for withdrawal bleeding. Should I start using Rimona from today, or should I wait for my periods and then start?

If your diagnosis is correct it unfortunately can't be removed. Try for pregnancy by ovulation week practice for six months and if it doesn't happen start fertility work up and proceed with treatment
