Mjhy PCOS irregular periods ka issue hai meine ultrasound krwaya tha magar usmein cysts nhi hain lekin phir bhi doctor said that mjhy PCOS hai, doctor ne mjhy medicines likh k di hain but ye temporary hoti baad phir wesy hi hojata hai mein PCOS ko diet se cover krna cbahiti hun medicines se nhi please help me suggest me how can I do so with my diet with great results jissy meray periods regular hojayen.
