Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos/ Amenorrhea

Aoa. I was diagnosed with pcos 5 yesterday back. In Start I took some medications prescribed by gynea like Diane 35, glucophage and inositol. But later on I started managing it with lifestyle changes and stopped medications _ the periods were regular. After 5 years now my periods have become irregular again... Absent since 3 months so my Dr gave me duphaston for 5 days along vitamins- inositol, vit D and iron. The thing is that even after taking it for 5 days and it's been 5th day since I've completed my dose there's no sign of periods yet! Should I contact Dr again? Or any other advice? Plz guide in this regard. Thanks.
