Aslam o Alikum... i m a pcos patient .. i m ttc from 2 years.. doctors gave me clomid and duphaston many time .. i always ovulated with clomid with good egg size but never concievd yet ... why??? My weight is 70 kg with 5.5 height.... plzzz tell me why i m no concieving... firstly my husbands motility was less but now his all reports are ok... help plzz
You are slightly overweight. Try to reduce weight, adopt a healthy lifestyle and take folic acid.
Have you got your tubes tested?

If everything is ok, think about IUI
Walikum salam. I am sorry that you are facing difficulty in conceiving. Try to lose some weight and focus on eating healthy avoiding all the junk food. This will help you get rid of pcos, balance your hormones and make you ovulate naturally. Sometimes even with clomid and a positive ovulation there is no pregnancy. If you have not done the test to check your tubes I would suggest you should get it done because normal tubes are very important to conceive. Wishing you all the best. Thanks a lot mam 4 ur kindness.... i m afraid of tubal test.. and i cant leave roti... what to do.... what will make me ovulate naturally...??

Don't be afraid of tube test it is a very simple procedure and not very painful. Tube test is important because if unfortunately the tubes are blocked clomid or even if your are ovulating naturally would not help. It is the tubes that carry the egg from the ovaries to the uterus and the place of fertilization of the egg and the sperm is also in the tubes. Once your hormones are normal and you lose some weight inshaAllah you will start ovulating naturally. Regarding roti it is healthy, just avoid using excess oil. And if you can exercise and try to walk daily atleast for 15 to 30 minutes it will be a great help.

My hormonal levels were good on 2nd day of cycle except fsh and lh.... is it necessory to have tube test.. i m affraid of it.... thanks 4 ur reply
