Almost 7 years back diagnosed with pcos due to disturbance in menses but after taking medicine for a few days got regular

But from 2 menses remain disturb like almost every year after college exams and after ramadan ...2 or 3 months of no menses Had surgery of fibroadenoma last year and then exams...3 months of no menses after this Doctor diagnosed pcos took medication for 3 months( diane) Menses became regular But diagnose with fibroadenoma on the other breast This year After Ramadan menses are disturbed just a drop or two at that time of month from 2 months Kindly help Thank you
