Assalamoalikum, i recently had gastric sleeve surgery almost 3 months ago and since 3 months i haven’t had my periods but yesterday my periods started and it’s quit light and i have pcos too and I’m almost 30kg down i had complete pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound had done couple days ago , can please anyone let me know is anything do i need to be worried about? Im attaching my report below! Also i had hysterescopy done twice in past first before pregnancy and one after delivering my baby.

as you have drastic change in your body, this is normal to have changes un periods as well. USG report is normal

What about cyst on right ovary ? And cyst on endometrial? Because I’m having suddenly sharp pain to on right side in my lower abdominal area or we can say right pelvic area?

Yes u can conceive without clomid as per your ultrasound report,however proper history examination is mandatory to rule out any pathology.But try to conceive after 2 years for your health issues.
