Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos And Less Bleeding

I have pcos but my periods r regular.I get very less bleeding .i was on duphaston and glucophage for pcos for three months. Last month I had heavy bleeding but this month the bleeding is again very less. This is my last month for duphaston and glucophage. My doc told me to take duphaston from 14th -28th day of my cycle till three months along with glucophage. Last month I also lost few kgs as I had heavy bleeding but I m afraid I will again gain those kgs back if I don't bleed properly. I am already above 100 kgs. I took ECP on 27th. Does that affect the flow? Should I continue duphaston and glucophage for another month or so or should I stop taking it?
