I'm fed up from my pcos because of pcos I can't get pregnancy even i take 2 months course of letrozol with 3 to 5 months course of ghlocophage but still my weight gain is un stoppable and no pregnancy plz tell me something what should i do,, without this I'm having alot of problem down pressure nd pain in periods

take opinion of a second gynaecologist...in my opinion don't attempt on pregnancy until ur PCO is completely gone and ur caregiver duznt giv u a green signal...as pregnancy occurring wth PCO has complications including risk of miscarriage...a lil tolerance and persistence can help you in hvg complete recovery from the condition wch is a safe way towards attaining successful pregnancy...GOOD LUCK!!!

w.salam thankew so much for your positive reply,, but they said there isn't proper treatment for pcos the doc said maybe it comes genetically but if it comes genetically then how i given birth to my 2 babies without any treatment,now with letrozol I did not get any positive response my doc suggest tube test HSG now what should i do???? with this she also suggest my husband semen analysis

your attending gynaecologist is the better judge...but if no conception with stimulation then it is sumthg to be investigated wch u hv been advised...but I differ with her opinion of no complete cure of PCO...I hv treated Al hum du lillah many patients to full recovery...and they hv hd successful pregnancies...as many modern medicines are available and the patients were tolerant and persistent...
