Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos And Related Symptoms

I am unmarried. I hv been suffering from pcos for last 5years. Went for off and on treatment but for last 9 months im on continuous treatment. My prolactin was 51.1, after taking crip for 1 month it lowered to 28.1. Done 2nd course of crip as well. Dont knw the current level of prolactin. Alongwd that i used duphaston and progyluton, primolut N, slix, calcium tablets for months. But still im suffering from pre menstrual spotting issue. According to my gynae i hv a cyst of 4.93cm in my left ovary. Is this cyst the cause of this pre menstrual spotting? I feel pressure and pain in pelvic area as well. Im fed up and frustrated now. It has ruined my skin, my hair. Dont want to marry as well due to all this hell. Is there any dr frm pindi or isb who can offer some treatment? Or is there no treatment for this disease.? Kindly guide me.
