Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos, Couldn’t Concieve

I’m married since 3 years, and didn’t conceive a Baby. I’ve irregular periods problem and pcos before marriage. Every doctor said to loose weight. But I don’t know how to start loose my weight I can’t go for walk. I start diet and get bored easily in few months or week. Husband’s report is fine. I also have low HB level, deficiency of IRON VIT D etc. Guide me Or recommend any good reasonable doctor in Karachi i live in Gulistan e jauhar.
