yes,blocked tubes,any infection in past can block ur tubes....n u can check it by hysterisalpingogram...
most risk for ectopic r unavoidable,,,like past infection,previous ectopic,any pelvic surgery..only reducing weight ,avoiding infection by hygiene,,use condom if possible can be done...in West smoking is a big cause too
