Dr i have tken prolifen and ivf injection but no pregrncy nd even not have period i jve irregulr period already.on day 12 when i went for altrouaund dr said no foolicel seen and give me fertic nd ivf injection please dr help me can i become mother or my problem is treatable

- Dear don't take stress first of all .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi and complete treatment of any health issue u and your husband have .
- Do have daily walk ,exercise and yoga .
- have home made food with less salt ,suger ,oil and spice .
- have semen analysis for husband and request him to quit smoking if have been taking .
- have sex in fertile period of cycle ,like in 28 days fertile period from day 8 to day 13 where as more prolong cycle will be b more late more fertile days .
-'have eggs ,fish ,dry fruits ,beans ,lots of fruits and vegetables to have better eggs production .
- send me your scan report and blood hormonal tests of day 2 of periods.
- have serum antimullerian hormone test ,semen analysis to follow here .
- have folic acid daily .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- follow with report .if no Ovulation an have tab clomid for ovulation induction from day 2 for 5 days with 50 mgs dose .

Inj ivf should not have been given if there was no follicle. Please get a harmonal profile and semen analysis done and consult a gynaecologist , may be u need to increase the dose successively
