Talk to Gynecologist on PCOS, Fibriods

• I am 31 years old unmarried & was diagnosed ovarian cyst 3 years ago. • I never had any irregular period history but yes flow is less sometimes and normal some month. • Sometimes I do have light Pelvic pain especially near periods but not always. I have periods crams & blood clotting on the first day of my periods. • This month I had periods twice with the gap of 15 days. The first time I had no periods at all only spotting until the 5th day. Then after 15th days when I had again it was only spotting, someone suggested I should take warm milk with kajoor which I did & started my flow from the 4th day onward until 7th day but again the flow was not very heavy.
