To best assist you, I need a bit more information.

1. Weight: Can you tell me your current weight and height?
2. PCOS Diagnosis: Have you been officially diagnosed with PCOS by a doctor? If so, what treatments or recommendations have they given you so far?
3. Hair Fall: How long have you been experiencing hair fall, and is it associated with any specific changes (e.g., after pregnancy, during stress)?
4. Acne: How long have you had acne, and what treatments have you tried?
5. Depression: Have you been diagnosed with depression? Are you currently receiving any treatment for it?

Okay, thank you for providing that information. Based on what you've shared, here's a breakdown of considerations and recommendations:

* Weight and Height: A weight of 93 kg and a height of 5'4" (approximately 162.5 cm) indicates that you may be in the obese range. This is relevant to PCOS management, as weight management can significantly impact PCOS symptoms.

* PCOS Diagnosis: Since you have been officially diagnosed with PCOS but haven't started treatment, it's important to discuss treatment options with your doctor. Common treatments include lifestyle changes (diet and exercise), medications like birth control pills to regulate periods and reduce androgen levels, and metformin to improve insulin resistance.

* Hair Fall: Experiencing hair fall for a long time that has recently worsened could be related to PCOS, which can cause hormonal imbalances leading to hair thinning or loss. It may be androgenic alopecia or female pattern baldness. Treatment might involve addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance through medications prescribed by your doctor.

* Acne: Since you haven't tried specific acne treatments, it would be beneficial to explore options. Treatments can range from topical creams and cleansers to oral medications, depending on the severity of the acne. Your doctor or a dermatologist can recommend the most appropriate treatment.

* Depression: Given that you were diagnosed with depression around the same time as PCOS, it's crucial to address this as well. Depression is common in women with PCOS. Treatment options include therapy, medication, or a combination of both. It's important to consult a mental health professional for evaluation and treatment.

Recommendations:

* Consult Your Doctor: Schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to discuss treatment options for PCOS, including medications, lifestyle changes, and management of associated conditions like hair fall, acne, and depression.

* Mental Health Support: If you are not currently receiving treatment for depression, consider consulting a mental health professional. They can provide the necessary support and treatment to improve your mental well-being.

* Lifestyle Modifications: Focus on making lifestyle changes such as adopting a balanced diet, engaging in regular physical activity, and managing stress. These changes can have a positive impact on PCOS symptoms, weight management, and overall health.

Would you like more information on any of these points?
