Talk to Gynecologist on PCOS Or Not?

Can anyone please guide me honestly? different doctors give diff suggestions. I am 25 years old,got married 4 months weight is currently 67kgs,before marriage it was around 63kgs. I had regular periods all my life,but I get periods for 3 days only and 1,2 days spotting for next days. After marriage,my cycle got delayed,it was up to 55 days,doctor gave me primolut for withdrawal bleed. next cycle was 8 days late and previous cycle was on time but flow was very less . I got pelvic scan done and some doctors told me I have PCOS.
we tried concieving only last month. Doctor advised me inofolic sachets for 3 months and folic acid regularly and asked me to get somr hormonal tests done on 2nd day and 21st day of my cycle. Can please someone guide me about this?
