Aslam alikum. Before two year i jad some symtoms of pcos and and had cyst on ovaries it was rwcoverd. Now i just want to ask can some gyni dr can tell me while looking my reports that are clear or any problem becoause i am trying to concieve from 2 years but not able to concive.thanks in advance.. and do i had pcos problems inreports

- for polycystic ovaries that cause hormonal imbalance ,weight gain and can be cause of Fertility issue so maintain Balanced weight by having daily Exercise ,walk and yoga .
have folic acid daily .
use fertile period if cycle for sex .
have complete treatment for any health issue u have.
- have baanced diet with less salt ,suger ,oil and spice .
- husband better quit smoking it any other recreational drugs if taking .send semen analysis report as well.
follow with detailed history and all reports .

Which folic acid do i take and i had not weight gain my weight is 56 and height 5.2. And i have one boy of seven years again i want to concieve. And am going to attacht reports in next question please do replyy

Please send ur reports along with a detailed history about the first delivery, ur cycles , ur husband with any medical problems , drugs , smoking ? U need treatment to support u in conceiving , even if u have Pco , there is treatment for that

Dr saima siddiq please on this page i had again ask this question as i was nit abke to attach reports . So please hav a look at that And i adter my wedding i concived after two months and had normal delivery.. but when my baby was 3 years i faced alot of blackish spotting and irregular ad prolonged mense fot 15 days. So i went to dr and she said o had symptons oc pcos. And start hair growth on chin area. Any visited many dr all recommend ne to hav reports and give expensive medicine .. or i was okay untill i take medicine so after 4 years i quit medicine and my menses doesnt came for 2 months thenauto matically my mense becone regular now my mensses are regular from 8 months.. but am not conciveing.. before 8 nonths i had been dependent on medicine for 3 years.. my weight is 56 with 5.2 height.. and husbant doesnt not smoke nnor any otothers drugs. And medicalky fit alhumdillah
